On the Mac desktop app I can no longer see the map

Yesturday I noticed I could no longer see the map on the Mac desktop application. It has been working fine for months and I have note made any known changes. Where I would expect to see the map I see a white screen (and my avatar) I have tried the following:
- Click Gallery then Map
- Popout back in
- Restarting it
- loging out
- Deleting the app and install it
- Restarting the computer
- Changing the settings (something about if map does not display) tried it with this setting off and on.
I am out of ideas and still no map. Can you please help me to get the map back as hard to use without it.

Hey Blair, this seems like a cache issue. Could you follow the help doc to clear Cosmos cache - https://support.cosmos.video/article/81-how-to-clear-cosmos-cache
For Mac:
• Go to Finder.
• Navigate to the following directory: ~/Users/[your system name]/Library/Application Support/Cosmos Video
• Delete the Cosmos Video folder.
• Reinstall the Cosmos app.
