Upon usage of the clicking a transcription section. The video loads to the section on the first interaction. Yet after an idle ~30 seconds or more of sitting on the same section (paused). The snap to video buffer speed does not load the video (indefinite loading). I work around this by hitting CTRL + R to refresh the application and then when I click a transcription section it works.
