The Cosmos builder will ship your maps in real-time without anyone needing to leave the space. Just create a design with meeting rooms and decorations and Submit!

We use the pomodoro technique ie 25 minute timer. Every time I set a timer it defaults to 5 minutes and I have to click 20 times to get it back to 25 minutes. Can the timer please default to the last time it was set on? You could also be fancy and place default buttons there or a drop down (5,15,25,45,55) and then let users tweak from there... But defaulting to the last one is easy and a great start!! Thanks

Would be great if an webapp (like a shared timer) could be placed into an iframe that is visible for all in the space. If a user clicks on it they could also open it in a separate popup or browser tab. Alternatively its not an Iframe but a link that is placed in a spot and when users click on it it opens in a popup or brower tab. That way things that aren't programmed yet (like a https://cosmos.video/feedback/p/shared-office-pomodoro-timer ) users can make themselves for their custom spaces so Cosmos is not the bottleneck to us being productive

the benefit of the room layout is a feeling of being present in the space. that the mobile app has no room layout at all breaks that experience . i do get that implementing the whole room layout experience might consume more dev time then might be warranted but a static image of the room layout that is updated once every few seconds so i can see who is where. and that i can click somewhere to move there might be an easy and great start to feel part of the team on mobile

I just tried to invite someone to join me, and it turned into quite a complex experience! They needed to download an app on their iPhone. Then the app asked them to either sign up or use a link. The link I sent seemed to need to be copied into the app instead of just clicking on it. Once they came online, they only saw text and my name, but not the room I was seeing (me on my computer and them on their iPhone). They weren’t sure how to reach me to chat. Then my Cosmos app crashed and kept saying it lost connection and suggested I refresh. After refreshing, I landed on the overview page, and when I tried to enter again, it said it lost connection for about 10 minutes. We both ended up wasting that time when all we wanted was to check in and work together. In the end, I had to close all my Cosmos tabs and windows, log out, and log back in before it finally worked. So, I’d love it if you could try out the process a couple of times and simplify it to remove any confusing parts. Let’s make it fun and easy, rather than complicated in some setups! And I'd love if anyone who has similar moments that are confusing comments so all those little edges can get taken care and streamlined

As a user I need to be able to close the application and work without it running in the foreground. The popup is all that is needed so I can multitask and collaborate with my team. If I need to go back into the space clicking the system tray icon will re-open the application in the previous state as it was when I closed it. This should be toggled in the settings within performance if desired per the user's space. Additionally, auto start and/or minimize into system tray would improve performance. If you're using electron or tauri this process becomes smooth! 🚀

In the "bookmark link panel" only Admin can control which link should be pinned, right now users can also pin any link. And on the stage only admin can add and bookmark link, users can't.

Ability to use Cosmos with our own brand paying an add-on. Custom domain in web/email. Hide Cosmos name and logo everywhere.

An office that is permanently set asid for (eg) the MD or CEO of the business. Access can only be via knocking OR setting an appointment time so that the Boss knows he needs to be in the office to take those meetings
