Ability to customise your landing page

After the latest update, there is a visual bug that occurs where the thumbnails freeze and obscure parts of the UI. It cannot go away unless Cosmos is shut down and restarted. After rebooting Cosmos, this visual bug re-occurs again and again, usually after about 30 minutes of having Cosmos open.

Ability to pin video of a teammate or screenshare to view it in bigger dimension

The system automatically switches to Listening mode after 1 min of activity. That is good but now the issue is that when someone call's me on cosmos, I'd have to first switch from Listening to Available and then from Available to Swich On Mic. The Mic and Speaker should also be accessible directly from the listening mode
